I was recently given this stoner by a friend who said “he couldn’t get on with it”. I am not surprised. It is the most useless piece of equipment I have ever tried to use. You need abnormal strength to push the stone out, and when it happens the stone is accompanied by most of the plum’s flesh. Tried various sizes of plum, in various stages of ripeness but was quite unsuccessful. May i respectfully suggest you replace this item with something that does what it suggests.

Salt Mill. Whilst the item I purchased i,s high quality, the post-purchase service was very disappointing. Following my order initial online I heard nothing. Eventually, I emailed to seek feedback – only to be told they had no stock and I should have been told (I hadn’t obviously?) about the delay. Another period ensued, with no communication/ update. Finally, several weeks after ordering (and paying) for the item, it finally arrived. I regret to report that I will not be using this company again, given my less than satisfactory experience.

Not worth it. Looks attractive but had to press down very hard to crush pod of garlic. Didn’t cut the whole pod so I was left with lots of uncrushed lumps. Needs to be sharper – was very disappointed

Overdue watch strap. I ordered my watch strap on 17 August. It is now 3 September and I still have not received it. I have not received an apology or explanation for the delay. I am NOT impressed.
