Prices
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of UK VAT and are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of a product being purchased at an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made and we will allow the recipient to either obtain a full refund against the product or choose to pay the additional difference in price. Promotional discount codes can only be redeemed against certain products.
Product Availability
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy

Discount Codes
Discount codes are issued subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. Design2Please reserves the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products. Only one discount may be used per order. Discounts can only be applied to internet orders.
Sale of Knives/Blades

By placing an order for any Knife on our website, you confirm that you are over 18 and that you accept that it may be necessary for us to make further enquiries so as to satisfy ourselves that you are over 18.
If paying by Debit Card or cheque we may telephone you or request that you sign and return a declaration of age before supplying the goods.
If paying by Credit Card we will, for a random selection of orders, telephone you or request that you sign and return a declaration of age before supplying the goods.
