Zassenhaus has been the leading manufacturer of manual coffee grinders since 1867. The original Zassenhaus grinder coffee and Espresso mill is made of sturdy steel giving an extra long life through its special production technique.
With a slight turn on the knurled screw you can fix the desired grind continuously, so you get a constant grinding result. The coffee beans are ground gently; as a result, all aroma and nutrients remain included. Because only freshly ground coffee brings the true pleasure.
The degree of grinding can be adjusted using the knurled screw below the crank. By turning in a clockwise direction you get a coarser grinding grain, by turning counter clockwise a finer grain.
Made from black stained beech wood.
